Per our agreements with multiple MLS' a user is only able to access listings on an MLS in which they have entered credentials for.
If you are attempting to access an MLS other than your normal MLS system, you will need to edit your MLS credentials accordingly via your MLS settings within Cloud CMA.
Here’s how to do this:
1. Log into your Cloud CMA account as normal, click on your agent icon in the top right-hand corner, and choose Account Settings from the menu.
2. Click MLS Credentials on the left-hand side.
3. Choose the MLS system from the list (#1), enter your credentials (#2), and then click Update MLS Credentials.
You should now be able to create your report using the updated credentials.
Make sure to change your credentials prior to your next report, if you need to use your other system, as Cloud CMA can only store one set of credentials at any given time.
