I keep getting error message "Invalid MLS user id and password."

If you are receiving the error message: "Invalid MLS user id and password." Please click on Settings and confirm your MLS user id and password are correct.

Please follow these steps to update your MLS ID and Password.

Receiving error: Invalid MLS user id and password. Please click on Settings and confirm your MLS user id and password are correct.



 

1. Click on SETTINGS in the top right hand corner.




2. Click "MLS" on the black bar located near the top of the page.




3. Make sure ALL your MLS information is correct.
 

  •     Check the MLS provider.
  •     **Check your MLS ID is correct.**
  •     ***RE ENTER  your mls password or PIN***
     





4.  Click Update.
