I keep getting error message "Invalid MLS user id and password."

If you are receiving the error message: "Invalid MLS user id and password."

Please follow these steps to update your MLS ID and Password.

Receiving error: Invalid MLS user id and password. Please click on Settings and confirm your MLS user id and password are correct.

 

1. Log into your Cloud CMA account as normal

 

2. Click on your agent icon in the top right-hand corner of your account, and choose Account Settings.



 

3. Click on MLS Credentials on the left-hand side.



 

4.  Make sure ALL your MLS information is correct.

  •     Check the MLS provider.
  •     **Check your MLS ID is correct.**
  •     ***RE ENTER  your MLS password or PIN***


5.  Confirm the settings and then click the green Update MLS Credentials button.




 

If the issue persists, we suggest verifying your agent ID with your MLS directly. 

**ID's within your MLS should only contain letters and/or numbers.**
