Accessing Your Brokerage's Custom Theme

In order for the custom brokerage theme to be available, your company name will need to be filled in under User Settings. Please follow the steps provided below:



Step 1: Click on your Agent Icon in the top right-hand corner of your Cloud CMA account, then choose Account Settings from the menu.




Step 2: Locate Company Name on the page and fill in with your company name.

***The Company name may need to match the THEME name exactly in order to have access.




Step 3: Click on the green [ Save Profile ] at bottom of the page.


After saving the profile, try adding in the custom brokerage theme to your report under the Customize Stage. You can do this by following the steps provided:


Step 1: Click CMA at the top of the page.

Step 2: Select Edit (on report in question).

Step 3: Select Customize.

Step 4: Under the Themes heading, click on the green text for what is currently displayed.

Step 5: Click on the box with the current theme name displayed, locate the correct theme you want to apply, and select. 

Step 6: Click on the green Choose Theme button.

Step 7: Click the green Publish Report button.



If you are still unable to publish the report with the custom theme selected, please contact Support at 855-977-8834, Option 2.
