Including expired and withdrawn listings is part of our standard practice, so this isn’t a bug. When using the “What’s My Home Worth?” landing page, the idea is to provide all activity around a subject property so that the client can see what homes are currently being listed for, what sold, and what failed to sell.
By providing this information via our Quick and Dirty search, the agent can demonstrate the value when establishing a proper suggested list price for the client’s subject property. I.E.: If you list your home too high, it might not sell (expired/withdrawn).
Alternatively, the agent has the capability to not automatically send and email when using WMHW.
Go to Settings them Lead Gen, simply uncheck the option to automatically email web leads and click Update.
This way, the agent can view and edit the report before sending to the client and, if they want, to remove the expired and withdrawn listings from the report.
