Why is my Old Email Appearing in the Contact Me page after Changing it?

When Changing the email on your Contact Me page and the footer of your report, it needs to be changed in the Contact tab of the user settings.


To do this, please follow the steps below.


1) After Clicking the contact tab in Settings, click the trash can icon for the original email you have listed.






2) Be sure to select E-mail before entering the new email address.








3) Enter the new email address that you want displayed, and click Add to show it on your Contact list.







Once added, you can drag and drop the item wherever you want it to go. When finished, be sure to republish your report to show the new email.
