Cloud CMA - Using Cloud CMA as a Team

If you would like to use Cloud CMA as a team please follow the steps below.


To upload a Team Photo and add both names:


1. Navigate to top right avatar.




2. Select Account Settings.




3. Select Change Avatar and add a single photo of both you and your team member.




4. Add in both names under Full Name area like: John Doe & Jane Doe




5. Scroll down and select Save Profile.





Changing Contact Information in Reports:


1. Within Account Settings go to Contact Info.




2. In the Contact tab delete the existing information by clicking on the Trash Can to the right of it.




3. To Add Contact Info, select the downward arrow next to “select a method” and choose desired option.




4. Enter information into the Contact Value area.



5. Select Add.
