Welcome to Cloud CMA Investor Connect! This article is going to show you the basics of how to create a CMA that couples with Investor Connect.
The main steps to creating the CMA itself are the same, but we’ll show you those steps first, just in case you’re new here!
Log into your Cloud CMA account, and then click Create a New CMA Report.
Fill in the pertinent info on the Criteria Stage of report creation.
Edit the report to your specifications, and then click Publish Report. This is where things change a bit from the standard CMA report.
While your report is publishing, you’ll now see a pop-up window with some additional information and options. You can choose “Get Started” or choose “No Thanks”.
If you choose No Thanks, you’ll be returned to your list of CMA reports.
If you choose Get Started, you will see this screen:
Click on Request Offer, answer the presented questions, and then submit them.
If the property qualifies, you will then see this screen, and an offer will be sent:
If the property does not qualify, no offer will be sent, and you will see this screen:
Finally, when there is a subject property that meets the Investor Connect requirements, there will be a new icon that will alert you to this.
If you previously chose “No Thanks”, you can always go back and choose “Request Offer” again, by Editing the report and re-publishing it.
