Cloud CMA - How do I cancel my account?

We are sorry to hear that you won't be joining us.  If you ever change your mind, we’re here for you!


For security purposes we request you login to your Cloud CMA account at and cancel via the Account Settings link.  


Canceling the account this way will keep a record of your request with us and email a confirmation for your records.



1. Select the your initials or agent profile Photo on the top right & select Account Settings.



2. Select Billing on the left hand side.



3. Then choose "Please Cancel My Account". 




4. Lastly, confirm your cancelation by selecting “Delete Forever
