How do I create a Buyer Tour via email?

To create a Buyer Tour report via email, please do the following:


Note that the email MUST be sent from the email address associated with your Cloud CMA account.



1.  Open a new email and address it to


2.  In the subject line of your email enter what you want the title of the Buyer Tour to be.


3.  Then enter the subject property address into the body of the email.  Make sure to include the city, state/province and zip code/postal code.


4.  Remove any other items or text from the body of the email, so that ONLY the subject property address is listed, including any email signatures.


5.  Send the email, and within a few minutes, your Buyer Tour will be viewable on the “Buyer Tour” tab of your Cloud CMA account.
