MLS listing information has been modified, why is it not reflecting in my report?

Whenever you click Fetch Listings, we are querying your MLS directly.  If you want to update a report with newly added data, please follow the steps provided below:


Step 1: Find the report for the document in question. Click Edit. 



Step 2: Click  Update Listings to refresh the data. 




Step 3: Once the refresh is complete, go ahead and PUBLISH it. That will get you all the latest and updated data!




Once the report is Published, you will be able to VIEW the report and see the new information provided.
