Using Cloud CMA as a Team

If you would like to use Cloud CMA as a team please follow the steps below.

 

 

To upload a Team Photo:

 

 

1. Navigate to your Settings at the top right of the page after you initially log in.

 

 

 

2. On the User tab, upload a photo featuring both agents.

 

 

 

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page & click Update.

 

 

 

 

To change the contact information in your reports:

 

 

1. Navigate to your Settings at the top right of the page after you initially log in.

 

 

 

2. Choose the Contact tab.

 

 

 

3. In the Contact tab delete the existing information by clicking on the Trash Can to the right of it.

 

 

 

4. At the top next to New contact click on the drop down menu and select desired form of contact.

 

 

 

5. Enter your information to the right, click on Add and it will appear in the contact list.

 

 

 

You can now click and drag the new email address to place it in the order you prefer!

 

You can follow these same steps to change or add any other type of contact information.  Republish any existing report in order for the changes to take effect.

 

 

To add both your names:

 

 

1. Navigate to your Settings at the top right of the page after you initially log in.

 

 

 

2. Or if you are already in the User Settings on another tab, choose the User tab.

 

 

 

3. Edit the first and last name by entering the first agent's full first and last name in the First Name field and the second agent's full first and last name in the Last Name field. 

 

 

 

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Update.
