Changes are not reflected in the report

Jolaine Goldman Jun 10, 2015 09:06AM PDT

I have attempted four times to make changes to text within a CMA, pushed the "SAVE" button, and reviewed the report to verify changes were corrected. After the fourth try, I have wasted quite a bit of time. Am I missing a step?

Hello Daniel,

If no content is added to the Sellers net, the net sheet page will not display. This also goes for the suggested list price. The suggested list price will not display unless the price is manually added within the Listing stage of publication.

For information on how to add a Sellers net sheet, please click here: http://support.cloudcma.com/customer/portal/articles/1253038

Please see the following for how to add a suggested list price:

1. Go back to the report card and click on Edit.
2. Click on the Listings tab.
3. Navigate to the subject property and click on Suggested List Price. You will see a suggested list price field above the provided map.
4. Enter in the desired price/range or click on one of the suggested list price options.
5. Once the suggested list price or range is entered click on Update.

Now click on the Publish tab. When you view the report again this page will be in there.

**Note: If you enter in the subject property SQFT, beds and baths, you can use the Projected value $/sqft as your suggested list price.

The original letter to seller page name cannot be changed. You may have created a custom page, instead of editing the original letter to seller template.

Try these steps.

After you have created the custom page, please follow these steps to add it into your report.

1. Click the Edit button on report in question
2. Click Customize button located on the black bar
3. Under the Additional Report locate section titled "User Custom Pages"
4. Locate the page you would like to insert into report and click the Plus symbol
5. Click Publish button to save changes made to the report

Hit save
Back to CMA where there is a list of items I want included in my report
Then hit publish
Then hit view and the letter does not show up in my report

I am in test mode on creating my first CMA.

I have run comps, selected what I want and I know my 'suggested selling price range'.

I do not, nor do I need this moment in time, seller cost to get a NET TO SELLER amount. Yet, your system overrides that one field, if no seller cost entered in various fields, they are blank, so the system overrides and enters my actual
SUGGESTED GROSS SELLING PRICE instead. (??) I want this field left blank for this stage of what I am doing/my purpose. Other than white out after I print it, is there a way to 'edit out the system's net to seller amount' and have it be BLANK?

Also re: RESUME PAGE
Difficult to downsize company logo to fit. It uploads into image section
tab area but then to 'insert it' into the Resume, it comes out as big as 6 x 4 inches. ?? OMG. What are the scales used to downsize from original to fit your screen page reasonably?

Also: re: RESUME PAGE
I tried cutting & pasting this in its entirety from a WORD DOC. It changes my blue and black font coloring to all black.

It does not pick up small scale 'award logo' or any logo art. It also
stretches my resume to over 2 pages and I'd like to get it all on one.

It also does NOT keep the font I have selected and transfers it back to this type you are now reading. ? I am assuming to change the FONT, from within your system of my RESUME, or to make any edits, I have to start all over? Is that an accurate assumption?

It is not really saving my edits, although I keep hitting save, but when I go back and look again, nothing has been changed per save mode really.

Thank you
