Subject Property Details in CMA?

Glen Jun 27, 2015 09:25AM PDT

Every time I create a CMA the seller's home details are never included, even though I enter all the details at the beginning of the CMA, and we have to go back to the tax records to compare their home to the comps.

Is there something I'm missing on the output page, or do I have to include an old listing of their home, assuming it is still in the MLS and had a previous sale?

Thank you!

Hi Glen,

Our CMAs are designed to feature comparables as opposed to the subject property itself. However, if an agent would care to feature subject property information in their listing presentation there are three options. Most users choose to couple their CMA with a property report based on the subject property and others choose to create a custom page to feature the exact details of their preference. Third option is to fill in the subject property detail at the criteria stage of publication. However, this detail will only be featured on the Four column comparison report layouts. You would need to select a four column comparison layout at the customize stage of publication.

How to create a custom page

Please try the following: How to change layout.

1. Click on the CMA, Buyer Tour, Property or Flyer tab to get started
2. Click the Edit button on report or flyer in question
3. Click Customize
4. Click on the green link right below Layout
5. Select the one that best fits your needs
6. Click publish button

I hope this helps. Have a great day!!!
