CMA report link does not work

I just tried a test cma through my landing page. It took about 5 minutes for an email to come through with the link to the CMA. I've tried to open the link on my desk top, laptop and iphone and it doesn't come up on any of them. When I log in to my cloudcma and click on view, nothing comes up. I can see it it presentation mode through cloudcma.

This is the error message I get for pdf on my computers:
Acrobat could not open {file name} because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded .

Please help as I'd like to start using this great feature.

Hi Adrienne,

If you see that an Auto CMA is not pulling up, you may need to log into your Cloud CMA account and republish the report. Unfortunately if the report times out when publishing, it will not be viewable. I republished your latest Auto CMA and it is now viewable.


Please follow these steps to republish a report.

Click on edit>>>click Publish on black nav bar>>Click view to confirm the publish.

Hi Rick,

Please add your Zilllow screen name to the Cloud CMA settings. To find your Screen name for Zillow, locate your Zillow profile on and notate your"Screen name". That is what is needed to verify your reviews on Zillow through Cloud CMA.

Hi Jeff,

Please check your email settings. The email you are receiving from Cloud CMA is sent out as a hyperlink however your email settings my be deactivating the hyperlink function.

Hi Jeff,

Sending the report directly from your email address to a client's inbox directly tends to come through as a trusted source. The emails Cloud CMA sends out are sometimes not trusted in certain inboxes which is why the hyperlink is deactivated. I suggest to use the Share option and copy and paste the report link to the body of an email you compose in your inbox and send the report directly to your client.

Unfortunately we do not have that feature available. The URL can not be masked and must display the actual URL to the WMHW landing page. You are able to add the link to your email signature and create a hyperlink to the landing page, however the domain name will remain the same.
