I'm not receiving emails from email@example.com when somebody submits an address on our landing page. I have tried to change my email in settings to a gmail account but it keeps resetting back to old email? I'm hoping for an easy fix???
You will need to log into your Cloud CMA account and go to settings. Under the "Edit User Settings" section highlight and delete the email address. Update the email address field with your new email address. Next scroll down to the very bottom of the page and click update to save the new username email address change.
